Private Events at Sunshine Mountain Vineyard
The Venue
We are pleased to offer several different venues at our vineyard in San Marcos.
Join us for your private event, whether a party, reunion or wedding!
Upper Level - Canopy 1
Host your private event up to 25 people. This venue price is $500 plus 6 bottles of wine. A private canopy area will be closed off from the public for 4 hours. $250 each hour thereafter. Afternoon events must end by 730 PM. You are welcome to hire vendors for catering. Vendors must show provide of liability insurance. The 50% booking fee is non-refundable; the remaining cost will be due on the day of your event.

Lower Level
Host your private event up to 25-50 people. The venue price is $1,000 plus 1 case of wine. The entire lower level will be closed off from the public for 4 hours. Afternoon events must end by 730PM. We offer option to stay open 2 additional hours from 7:30 - 9:30 pm for $250 per hour.
You are welcome to hire vendors for additional furniture, music, catering, etc. Vendors must show provide of liability insurance. The 50% booking fee is non-refundable; the remaining cost will be due on the day of your event
The Entire Venue
Host your private event up to 120 people. The venue price is $8,000 plus 2 cases of wine. Supply your own beer for an additional $500. You will have venue access from 12pm to 10pm; every hour thereafter will be $250/hour. Tables, chairs, wine glasses, and clean up are included. You are welcome to hire vendors for additional furniture, music, catering, etc. Vendors must show provide of liability insurance. The 50% booking fee is non-refundable; the remaining cost will be due on the day of your event.
